At Road To Success Trade Tech Academy, the health and safety of our students, staff, and community are our top priorities. In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, we have implemented the following policies and procedures to minimize the risk of transmission and ensure a safe learning environment for everyone:
Face Coverings: All individuals on campus are required to wear face coverings in accordance with local health guidelines. Face masks must be worn properly, covering the nose and mouth.
Social Distancing: We have implemented social distancing measures throughout our facilities, including classrooms, common areas, and administrative offices. Students and staff are encouraged to maintain a safe distance of at least six feet from others whenever possible.
Hand Hygiene: Hand hygiene is crucial in preventing the spread of COVID-19. Hand sanitizer stations are available at various locations on campus, and everyone is encouraged to practice regular handwashing with soap and water for at least 20 seconds.
Enhanced Cleaning and Sanitization: We have increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfection of high-touch surfaces, such as doorknobs, handrails, and restroom facilities. Our cleaning protocols adhere to guidelines provided by health authorities.
Symptom Screening: Students and staff are required to self-monitor for symptoms of COVID-19, including fever, cough, shortness of breath, and loss of taste or smell. Anyone experiencing symptoms should stay home and seek medical advice as necessary.
Reporting of COVID-19 Cases: If a student or staff member tests positive for COVID-19 or is exposed to someone with a confirmed case, they are required to notify the academy immediately. We will work closely with local health authorities to facilitate contact tracing and provide support as needed.
Remote Learning Options:
For students who are unable to attend in-person classes due to health concerns or other reasons related to COVID-19, we offer remote learning options to ensure continuity of education. Our online learning platform provides access to course materials, lectures, and interactive activities to support remote learning experiences.
Compliance with Regulations:
We are committed to complying with all applicable federal, state, and local regulations and guidelines related to COVID-19. Our policies and procedures are subject to change based on evolving public health recommendations and mandates.
